#2: 200 person Systems Integrator
Our client is the CEO of 200 person systems integrator. I have acted as a consultant, coach and advisor to he CEO and his former partner was the past five years. In my advisory role, I facilitated and partcipated in their strategic planning, provided training for both their staff and management team and meet regularly with the CEO to discuss and be a sounding board for current issues and challenges.
In the past five years, I have seen the CEO grow his company from under 70 employeees to over 180, from 3 offices to over 5 and with greater revenue productivity and profitabilty metrics.
