Our client is the CEO of a rapidly growing software company in Toronto. I first meet the CEO when his company had about 80 people and was running into challenges in keeping up with his company’s growth.
In the past two and a half years, I have worked closely with this CEO as a coach, mentor and now as a friend. His company has grown to over two hunderd people and is accelerating. During this period, I have advised him and his Board of Directors on strategy and raising capital, as well as operational issues, talent management and hiring. Through my network of senior professionals, he has been introduced to and hired his CFO, EVP of Engineering, and his EVP of Professional Services as well as other senior advisors.
