#4: Client Success Workshop

Our client is a successful startup that has grown to over 350 employees in the past 5 years. With strong growth in a young company comes the challenges and stresses of dealing with ever increasing customer demands, often being handled by employees who are early in their career and inexperienced. Our manadate was to develop and deliver a series of bi-monthly soft skills workshops to help these employees in addressing increasing  complex and demanding customers.
